- “Service”: The educational content and Courses provided by EduX through the Platform.
- “Membership”: Subscription plans granting access to EduX's Courses and other services.
- “Instructor”: A subject matter expert or educator responsible for delivering Courses on the Platform.
- “Rate”: The price for purchasing access to Memberships or Courses.

Description of the Platform
EduX provides Users with access to a broad range of online Courses created by professional instructors. The Platform allows Users to register for Courses, participate in discussions, and access course materials such as videos and quizzes. EduX retains the right to modify, suspend, or remove any content at its sole discretion.
Acceptance of the Terms
By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of any updated Terms.
Content Availability
The content provided on the Platform, including videos, audio, and text, may change or be removed at any time. EduX may also provide links to external websites, but is not responsible for the content or services offered by third-party sites.
Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, Users must complete the registration process, including providing accurate and up-to-date information. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and ensuring that no unauthorized activity occurs under their account.
Liability for Passwords
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. Any activity conducted under your account will be deemed to have been performed by you unless you notify EduX immediately of any unauthorized use.
Proper Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Harassing or abusing other Users.
- Posting offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
- Attempting to access or manipulate the Platform through unauthorized tools or methods.

Products and Memberships
EduX offers various Memberships and standalone Courses. Memberships provide access to a variety of Courses depending on the subscription tier selected by the User. Users can also purchase Courses individually. EduX reserves the right to modify, remove, or add new Memberships and products at any time.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
Users have the right to cancel their Course purchase within 14 days of the transaction, provided that they have not accessed the course materials. Refunds are not provided once the content has been accessed. To request a refund or cancellation, please contact hello@edux.org.uk.
Payment Methods
EduX accepts various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment platforms such as PayPal. EduX may change or update accepted payment methods at its discretion. Users must ensure that their payment information is up to date to avoid service disruptions.
Relationship with Instructors
Instructors on the Platform are independent professionals providing educational content. EduX is not responsible for the quality or accuracy of content provided by Instructors. Any concerns regarding course material should be addressed to EduX.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to videos, text, images, and software, is the intellectual property of EduX or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.

EduX is committed to protecting your privacy and follows all relevant data protection laws. By using the Platform, you consent to our use of cookies to enhance your experience.
